One of my favourite dishes growing up as a kid. Even better served over Japanese curry don.
Pork Loin or Boneless Chop
Flour
Egg/Milk wash
Panko
Salt to taste
(*I like to add garlic powder, pepper, onion powder and a little parsley powder to season the meat.)
After seasoning, dredge in flour.Dip in egg wash.Coat with Panko.Carefully drop in fryer.Fry…Cool on paper towel.SliceTop with Katsu sauce. I’ll get recipe from my dad.Top with cabbage.Or you can make a burger out of it with Katsu sauce, cheese, Cole slaw and jalapenos.
Another good looking dish. 🙂
TGIF!
Thanks! One of my many mass productions for the kitchen. =)
