Hangover Sandwich Week 5 – BBQ Burger

My peppers weren’t ready to be picked so I had to go with regular homemade BBQ not the spicy version.

 

I fried the onions in tempura batter.

  1. Love the “dagwood style” sandwich height. I envy the lucky person who got to sample your product.

    Here’s a potentially dumb question – what makes it a BBQ burger? I was expecting to see a BBQ grill or sauce.
