My peppers weren’t ready to be picked so I had to go with regular homemade BBQ not the spicy version.
I fried the onions in tempura batter.A cowboy burger was ordered at the same time.I was tempted to add a fried egg to the BBQ burger but may have been too much going on.Looks pretty good.Yeah! Now that’s what I’m talking about.
Love the “dagwood style” sandwich height. I envy the lucky person who got to sample your product.
Here’s a potentially dumb question – what makes it a BBQ burger? I was expecting to see a BBQ grill or sauce.
There BBQ sauce on it just can’t see it. 🙂
