Craving blueberries bread even though I can’t eat bread.
Ingredients
- 4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups fresh Blueberries
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup Buttermilk
- 6 tablespoons Butter
Directions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in blueberries. In another bowl, beat eggs; add milk and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
