Seriously hungover today and I couldn’t stop thinking about a big giant plate of spicy Mapo Tofu. I mentioned I was hung over so if there are any errors… It’s due to drinking an entire bottle of wine after only eating a salad. Ugh, never drinking again…

Interesting and doubly impressive knowing this was published during a hungover state. 😉
Never had tofu…I’m a heathen..haha. What does it taste like in this dish? How’s the texture?
WHAT?!? Never had tofu? Mapo tofu made like this is a lot more firm… Like fried cheese curd when it gets hard. The sauce is spicy so it’s quite delicious.
