Habanero Apple Jelly

I was lazy and didn’t remove the seeds from this recipe… Remove the seeds or else it’s way too hot for the normal human being.

4 apples peeled and cored.  2 cups of  Habaneros (seeded).

Use food processor to chop apples and habaneros.

Add to pot and add 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of brandy, 2 lemon juice, 7 cups of white sugar and 3 cups of brown sugar.  Bring to boil and add 4 packets of gelatin.  (Didn't have any pectin.)  Skim foam and fill jars.
