Yaki Udon

Really simple dish our family eats regularly.

2 portions of Udon Noodles
4 oz Shrimp
1/3 Cabbage
1/2 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 dried Chili
2 parts Oyster Sauce
1 part XO Sauce
1 part Sugar
1 part Sake
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

1. Prepare noodles as on package. Chop cabbage, onion and slice garlic. Peel devein shrimp.
2. Mix oyster sauce, XO sauce, sugar and sake in small bowl.
3. Heat wok and add vegetable oil. Add garlic, chili, onion and shrimp. Add cabbage when shrimp is about half done.
4. Add sauce and toss. As shrimp about done, add noodles and continue to fry.
5. Add sesame oil and toss several times before plating.

*delicious with beans sprouts and other vegetables as well.
