Hangover Sandwich Week 6 – Deep Fried Nutella Banana Marshmallow French Toast

Just waking up from a 48 hour coma from the Flu Shot.  I remember why I don’t get those damn things and I don’t know why I let the nurse talk me into it.  Never again.

I saw something somewhere about a banana Nutella panini or something to the likes of it.  I decided to step it up a notch by adding Marshmallow creme and deep frying it.  Tasted like cracked out funnel cake.  It was messy but really good.

Dropped in egg wash.

  1. They say you can’t get the flu from the vaccine, but one time I got sick shortly after a shot too. I was told it was just a coincidence, but it makes you think…

    This dish would also make a super deluxe French toast serving covered in maple syrup.
