I’m not very excited about going to San Antonio for our annual convention but I was recently inspired by my friend Matthew’s photos of Texas BBQ.  I’m going to attempt to stop in 7 or 8 different cities to try all sorts of Texas BBQ.  I looked up Texas Monthly’s 50 Best BBQ Joints in the World and picked out 9 different restaurants on or near my warpath.  Unfortunately one is closed on Wednesday and one towards the end closes early but I’ll try to hit all of the ones on my list.  I have an inkling that I’ll be sick of BBQ for sometime after this adventure.  I’ll be tweaking this list as I get closer to
