Poppy Seed Bread

Ran out of fresh fruit so grabbed the bottle of poppy seed and almond extract.

  • 6 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 4 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Poppy Seed
  • 6 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Butter, room temperature
  • 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tsp Almond Extract
  • 3 tsp Butter Extract

Glaze

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Orange Juice

1.  Cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs individually.  Add extracts.

2.  Alternate dry ingredients and milk.

3.  Grease pans and bake 55-60 minutes.  Cool and mix ingredient for glaze.  Drizzle.
