Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Continuation of the drunken bread making…  Battery on the camera died and I was too drunk to think to use my phone to take a picture of the final product.

6 tsp. Yeast

1 cup Water 115F

4 cups Milk 115F

4 Tbsp. Butter

4 Eggs

6 tsp. Sugar

4 tsp. Salt

13 cups Flour

4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese

6 Jalapenos

1.  Microwave water and milk for about 3 minutes till about 115F.  Add to mixer stand with butter, sugar, eggs, salt, cheese, jalapenos and half the flour.  Using a paddle mix till well incorporated.

2.  Add remaining flour and using a dough hook, knead for 7 minutes.  Transfer to a well oiled bowl and allow to rise 1 hour.

3.  Punch down.  Divide to quarters and shape into round loafs.  Move to large greased sheet pan and allow to rise again for 45 minutes.

4.  Preheat 350F and bake 30 minutes.
