Sweet Hawaiian Bread

I love sweet Hawaiian Bread and didn’t realize how easy it was to make.

7 to 7-1/2 cups All Purpose Flour, divided
3/4 cup Instant Mash Potato
2/3 cup Sugar
4 1/2 tsp Dry Active Yeast
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 cup Pineapple juice
3 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla extract

1.  In a deep microwave safe bowl, add butter, water and pineapple juice and cook on high for 90 seconds.

2.  Mix together 1/2 the flour, instant mashed potatoes, sugar, dry yeast, salt and ginger.

3.  Add dry ingredient into the the wet and add vanilla.  Individually add eggs till smooth.

4.  Transfer to mixer stand with dough hook.  Continue to add remaining flour till the dough is smooth and elastic.  Knead for 5 minutes.

5.  Cover dough in a large oiled bowl.  Place in warm area and allow to rise for about 1 hour.

6.  Punch dough and divide into thirds.

7.  Transfer to greased and floured round pans and cover to rise again for 45 minutes.

8.  Preheat 375F and bake 25-30 minutes.
