Elmira Rosticceria the Next Day

So this place was SOOOOO good that I had to go back for lunch the next day. Funny thing was that my girlfriend I had gone with the day before was there with her boyfriend! Elmira is one of those places that you will have remembered going to when no one knew about and it was relatively easy to get into. In a few months, there will be lines wrapped around the block waiting for their DELICIOUS pork leg sandwich… My goodness! I am completely smitten Chef Marc. Back in Texas and late at night, I sometimes find myself salivating thinking about his tender juicy pork sandwich with fennel… He is so sexy. I love his palate.

I first stated I’d be here once a week but I take it back and say I’d be back at least two or three times a week.
