Best Biscuits EVER

My first time making biscuits were SUCCESSFUL!  I took two different biscuit recipes and combined them and they turned out incredible.  Light fluffy and buttery.  I ate about six of these with my fried chicken.  It was a fat weekend.

3 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Buttermilk

Preheat 450F.  Grease and flour parchment paper on sheet pan.

Place all of the ingredient except the buttermilk into a food processor.  Pulse till it resembles crumble.  Transfer to a bowl and add buttermilk.  Mix with rubber spatula or use stand mixer.  Transfer to a prepared sheet pan and shape into a square or rectangle.  Cut into squares into desired size.  Either stick into freezer till ready to bake or immediately put into oven for 10-13 minutes.
