Seafood Chive Pancakes (Korean)

Savory pancakes are a staple in Korean meals.  These are made with chives and seafood.  You can add anything from kimchi to any kind of meat (wouldn’t do chicken or uncooked pork).  I usually like to make everything from scratch but in this case it’s easier to just by the store mix flour.

2 1/4 cup Water

3 cups Korean Pancake Mix

1 1/2 cups Mixed Seafood

8 oz Beef, sliced

1 cup sliced onions
