Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup (Champong)

This is a Korean Chinese dish that is great for a cold day.

In a wok, add oil and garlic.  Add Korean crushed chili peppers.  The oil will start to turn red and become more aromatic.  Add onions and seafood.

Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Add cabbage and any other vegetables you'd like to add.  Add cooked udon noodles.
