Dad’s Mongolian Beef

This is my father’s made his version of Mongolian Beef. It’s easy, fast and made with whatever vegetables you have around.

Slice beef against the grain into thin strips.  Coat with cornstarch.

Add 1 egg white and mix well.  Egg white make the batter more crispy.

Deep fry till medium well.

Heat pan with oil, add 3 parts garlic and 1 part ginger.

Add habaneros and green beans.  Continue to toss till green beans are cooked.

3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, 3 Tbsp. Sugar and 3 Tbsp. Water.  This can be adjust to your preference.

Add beef and just toss till fully coated.  Add 1 tsp. of sesame oil and serve.
