Turn oven to broil. Lightly grease baking sheet with olive oil and place 4 cloves and roast for about 15-20 minutes or till reached desired color. Flatten with knife and mince. Lower heat to 350F.
Foil and spray a baking pan.
Clean crab and stick it in the freezer for about five or ten minutes. This put them to “sleep” and they’re usually easier to cut up. Remove the top shell, cut out the gills and quarter. Trim away any extra shell that isn’t edible. You can ask the store to clean and cut it for you.
In a large wok or deep pan, melt butter and add garlic slices, roasted garlic, sugar and bouillon. Brown and add crab making sure to continually toss to evenly coat each piece.
Add wine and continue to toss for about five minutes. Pour contents into prepared baking pan and place in oven for 25-30 minutes.
Set wok aside to cook garlic noodles.
